Confidential. Culturally Competent. LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care
Serving the Global Majority and LGBTQIA Clients Near Seymour Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, NC, & Surrounding Areas
You’ve given so much—to your country, your family, your community. You have embodied the core value, service before self. Let this be a space where you’re finally allowed to receive. Whether you’re navigating deployment stress, reintegration, family of origin trauma, or the day-to-day pressures of military life, you deserve care that sees all of who you are—your strength, your pain, your full humanity.
Private Pay Therapy Tailored for Military-Connected Clients
This space is especially welcoming to BIPOC/ Global Majority and LGBTQIA+:
Active-duty service members
Military spouses or committed partners
Veterans
What I Offer:
Support for service members who joined the military seeking freedom from poverty, family trauma, or lack of opportunity—and now find themselves wrestling with the moral weight of war, violence, and systemic injustice.
A space for those who feel torn between pride in service and deep unease about the military's role in global harm, land occupation, and the loss of innocent life. We name the moral injury. We tend to the soul wounds.
Healing for the Global Majority and women/femmes who learned to mask, code-switch, or shrink themselves just to survive military culture—this is a space to finally exhale. To be real. To be whole. To be seen.
Holding space for women and LGBTQIA+ survivors of sexual assault, rape, harassment, and boundary violations—including the shame, silence, confusion, and trauma that often follows. Together, we gently tend to the wounds that others tried to ignore, helping you reclaim your voice, your safety, and your wholeness.
If you’re navigating microaggressions, race-based tension, or feeling the impact of anti-queer and anti-trans rhetoric—you are not alone. I hold space for your pain and your power.
Why Work With Me?
I bring over 20 years of experience as:
A United States Air Force veteran ( served 10 years)
A former military spouse ( almost 20 years)
A civilian contractor within the military system ( 8 years)
I understand the command structure, the culture of silence, and the ways that systems often fail those they claim to serve. I know how hard it is to speak up when you're expected to stay strong. And I offer a space where you don't have to. As a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I offer trauma-informed, liberation-centered, and identity-affirming care that doesn’t pathologize your survival strategies—but honors your resilience.
