We’ll gather every other week to rest together, reflect together, and be reminded that you matter too. Each session blends music, meditation, journaling, and somatic care—not for productivity, but for presence.

💖 What to Expect Each Session:

Opening Meditation (5–8 min)
Ground into stillness with a calming, guided meditation.
Somatic Practice (5–10 min)
Gentle body-based practices like breathwork, stretching, tapping, or grounding exercises to reconnect with your body.
Music + Journaling (20–25 min)
We’ll journal while listening to one curated song that sets the emotional tone for the week. Optional writing prompts provided.
Optional Check-In & Sharing (30 min)

Designed for therapists, space-holders, and healing professionals who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or disillusioned, this 6-week offering invites you to breathe, rest, journal, and be witnessed in a way that’s gentle, communal, and nourishing.

You do so much for others. Let this be your return to yourself.

🌀 Structure for Each 90-Minute Session

Arrival + Grounding (5 minutes)
Settle in with breath awareness and optional centering with soft music.
Guided Meditation (8 minutes)
Each week features a meditation to help you land in your body and tend to what’s present.
Quiet Journaling from Meditation (10 minutes)
After the meditation, we’ll hold quiet space for you to free-write or reflect on what arose.
Parts Check-In (10 minutes)
A gentle invitation to connect with any parts that showed up—burnt-out parts, inner critics, protectors, etc. You’ll be offered IFS-style prompts.
Somatic Practice (10 minutes)
Grounding movements like swaying, tapping, stretching, or self-touch to soothe the nervous system.
Music + Journaling (15–20 minutes)
A song will be played while you journal with a weekly theme and optional writing prompt.
Optional Sharing + Group Witnessing (20–25 minutes)
A no-pressure space to share what came up or simply be held in quiet solidarity.
Closing Reflection or Poem (5 minutes)
We’ll close with a blessing, affirmation, or a short poem to carry into your week.
