Internal Family Systems (IFS) Training

IFS Trainings with me

These trainings represent the heart of my work: a blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and an unwavering commitment to creating safer, more inclusive spaces for individuals who hold marginalized identities. It’s built for those who are ready to engage in a curriculum infused with the wisdom of our Black, Brown, and LGBTQIA ancestors—a training that not only teaches IFS principles but also centers liberation, equity, and collective healing.

Unlike any other IFS trainings

My trainings are transformative experiences, designed to integrate liberatory and social justice lessons into every aspect of the work. With such limited spots available, I invite you to take a moment with your parts that feel drawn to this opportunity—don’t let them hold back too long. This curriculum was created with you in mind, and I am deeply honored to share it with you.

For those who have longed for trainings that are unique, intimate, and deeply personal, this is your space. It offers the chance to ask meaningful questions, engage deeply with the material, and connect with a community of like-minded professionals—perhaps even forging relationships that extend far beyond the training.

Let’s create something extraordinary together. I can’t wait for you to join us.
